  • OPT transition preparation;

  • university-facing reporting;

  • communications and workflow development.

The specific role of CCPS365 is defined through the applicable written institutional agreement.

  • institutional approval.

Descriptions of insurance-related solutions are general summaries only. The applicable policy, certificate, schedule of benefits, carrier documents, and legally required notices control.

4. International Student Health Coverage

International student health coverage options may vary by institution, state, carrier, student classification, enrollment status, location, and other eligibility requirements.

Students must work with their institution’s designated school official and should consult qualified immigration counsel when legal advice is needed.

8. Proposed Income-Support Benefit

OPT Shield is being designed to potentially include a prefunded income-support benefit for eligible students who secure an approved OPT-aligned unpaid internship.

This is a proposed program component and may not currently be available.

  • final contractual and operational design.

No student should rely on this proposed benefit when making financial, employment, internship, immigration, housing, or educational decisions unless eligibility and availability have been confirmed through final written program documents.

The proposed benefit is not guaranteed and should not be described as wages, employment compensation, an insurance payment, a scholarship, or another legally defined benefit unless and until the final approved structure establishes that classification.

CCPS365 is not responsible for independent third-party decisions, omissions, products, policies, representations, or performance.
